Soy Indulgence is committed to providing excellent customer service. We stand behind all of our products and services. The goal of our company is to provide a high end product at a reasonable and fair price. We look forward to your comments and suggestions.
Our Shipping Policy
We will ship anywhere in the continental U.S. at a flat rate of $8.95. International orders will be looked at on an individual basis. If it is agreed upon by both parties to ship internationally the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping and will be sent a separate invoice to cover the shipping cost.
Although we take every step possible to package your order properly, most items are made of glass, therefore have the potential to become damaged. We highly recommend that you purchase insurance with your order (add a note to the special instruction section indicating you would like insurance). In the event that your order is damaged, and you have purchased insurance, call your local post office and follow their instructions on how to proceed with your claim with them.
Returns and Exchanges
As with most companies that offer custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind about the fragrance. If you are unsure you will like the fragrance we suggest you purchase a single tart to sample. Opened or used products will not be returned. If there is a problem with your purchase please e-mail us ASAP so we can review the situation and come to a resolution. (All issues must be submitted with in 3 days of receipt of order. And will be resolved within 3 business days.) As stated above we do stand behind our products as long as they are used properly and as directed.
Typographical Errors
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders for the product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your account charged. If you were charged for the order and it was canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount it was charged.
